Description:  Near Bailey Ave. again, I believe. I would add a locomotive reference, but I haven't a clue to whom this belongs. It's 1976, remember, and bicentennial schemes were all the rage (as we shall see later). This centercab looks to be fresh out of the Erie plant. The 1970 Chevelle is a little older.
