Title:
"Altoona PRR Men Entertain Model Railroaders," Page 19, 1955
Description:
Here is a one-page article entitled "Altoona PRR Men Entertain Model Railroaders." It was published originally in the April 1955 issue of "Pennsy" magazine, page 19. Discernable here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5758, an AFP-20 built by the American Locomotive Company as an AP-20 in November of 1947, rated at 2,000 horsepower, regeared and reclassified as an AFP-20 in 1954, and retired in September of 1962 after just 15 years of revenue service.
