This is Morrison’s CORN-KITS mill along the Union Pacific (originally Texas & Pacific) in Denton, Texas. The vacant area in the foreground was once occupied by a small Missouri-Kansas-Texas yard. The track belongs to the Denton County Transportation Authority’s A-Train line from Denton to Carrollton, which utilizes 21 miles of the former Katy DENTON SUBDIVISION right-of-way which once ran from Denton to Dallas.
