MNTX Burro Crane #RC50247
Description:
This former Chicago Metra burro crane now resides at the Minnesota Transportation Museum after a stint at the Illinois Railway Museum. Sometime after 2016, it was sold to the MTM. Of note, is the frame with insulators for work under the catenary/trolley wires.

METX Burro Crane #RC50247
Description:
Here's a closer view of the former Chicago Metra burro crane RC50247. After leaving Metra, it bounced first onto the Illinois Rwy Museum roster in Union, IL. From there, it moved over to the Minnesota Transportation Musuem - where we found it parked outside the roundhouse. Of note, is the frame with insulators for work under the catenary/trolley wires.
