Amtrak train 281 northbound at Manitou. Note the difference in side panels between the 486 and 488. the 486 was the only FL-9 with the stripes located in the higher position relative to the rest of the fleet, and the 488 was the only uniw with the large "Amtrak" on the side. Note ALSO they are running back to back, "elephant style" was more the norm. |
