EMD GP35-3 High Hood in Ohio Bicentennial paint. Acquired by Wheeling and Lake Erie in 1990, and rebuilt in October 1995. Former NS/SOU 2706 built in December 1964. Seen on a westbound coal/freight train just outside Owensdale, Pa.
