Andre Wehrle General Glad some are well-behaved. On 11/5 witnessed four kids on bikes (and sans helmets, like these) blow the new 4-quads on Plankinton 10 feet in front of an eastbound...then turn around and wait for it anyway so they could cross in the other direction! 11/10/2011 12:18:58 PM
