| Yes, the kind youre thinking of, but not exactly the diesel. I was able to get this special plate when it was blue/yellow. When New York went to the Liberty plate in 1986, this came in the mail when I renewed. I ran into a guy in Utica once who said he tried to get it, but it was taken. Now he knows why. Its on display in my office now. |
