Here's the one and only photo I was ever lucky enough to take of a fully repainted Seaboard System caboose in revenue service. At the time I heard there was possibly one other in Florida but I never saw it. The Old Dominion Chapter- National Railway Historical Society lists and has a picture on their web site of 21019 at the Richmond RR Museum. The day I photographed this cab, I had to use my telephoto lense since I had to take the shot from a street where a business existed. I don't like obstructions such as fences but I knew this was a one time opportunity. I never saw this cab again. |
