When Metrolinx will finish building a second line next to the Barrie line (also known as the Newmarket subdivision) the second line will run from Union station to Bradford GO station and will allow GO commuter trains to run more frequently in both directions. So far, they have made it from Rutherford GO station to Langstaff Road which is a 2 kilometer excerpt of the 66.4 kilometer route between Union Station (in downtown Toronto) and the City of Barrie Ontario. |
