| According to a couple sources, this 4-6-0 ten wheeler was built by the CP shops in 1910 and just one of the over 600 ten wheelers that were on the CP roster at one time. Originally the loco bore the number 2687 but was changed in 1913-14 when the 2600 series replaced the "26" in the number with "8", hence becoming 887. Joseph R. Quinn photo |
