| As all know, PSR is being implemented on Class 1 railroads like the bubonic plague took out thousands... a NS SD70M flared notch nose pulls interchange cars from the Meridian Southern Railway. (NS does not go to MDS due to track conditions, but picks up set offs from MDS on the interchange track). |
